The Sesquicentennial Committee is working hard to make 2011 a special
year... the whole year through! Tentative Schedule for Sesquicentennial Events:
November 5,

Depot Day -
Model railroads, memorabilia,
and toy show.
Arts, crafts, Lanark Sesquicentennial memorabilia, and cottage industry vendors.
"Hobo Stew", cornbread muffins, and cookies.
Live music featuring some of your favorite railroad songs.
Railroad games for the kids.
Purchase raffle tickets for your chance to win one of two
complete 7 car cast iron train banks.
Plus, Great Route 64/84 Shop Hop all weekend.

Thursday October 6
4:30 P.M. - 7:00 P.M. ~ Lanark Chamber of
Commerce TAILGATE COOKOUT
at the Heritage Center
206 S. Broad St. Menu: PORK CHOPS, BRATS HOT DOGS
Meal Includes: Coleslaw, Baked Beans, Potato Chips,
Pop or Water. A portion of proceeds go to the Lanark
Chamber of Commerce Scholarship Fund.
5:30 P.M. ~ EPC Homecoming PARADE
6:30 P.M. ~ Pep Rally at Eastland High School
Friday October 7
5:30 P.M. ~ EPC Homecoming Football Game
